Presidential City

Presidential City features four multi-family residential towers; Madison, Washington, Jefferson, and Adams, totaling 960,000 SF. Each of the four buildings has picturesque views of Fairmont Park and Philadelphia. AEI provided MEP and FP design services for the renovation of the four towers. There are 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options within the “city” as well as penthouse options in all four buildings. Penthouse spaces feature floor to ceiling windows and a panoramic view of Philadelphia. The kitchens feature moveable waterfall islands, Bosch appliances, dual wall ovens, induction cooktops, and Euro-inspired chimney hoods. The bathrooms showcase halogen style overhead lighting, thermostatically controlled showers, dual flush toilets, rain style shower heads, standalone tubs, and toilet rooms. The campus includes 3 pools and a fitness building.
