E Kahn Development
This project was a renovation of an existing building to accommodate the office of E Kahn Development, a prominent West Chester area real estate developer. This new office space was created to be a showcase of design. There was a high level of attention to detail to all aspects of this project, from ceiling height to air device location to duct routing. The result created an extraordinary HVAC system design.

Duct design accommodated unique structural provisions and limited ceiling height, while providing concealed distribution paths to service all of the spaces
Distribution took advantage of an adjacent, unoccupied spaces and ceiling clouds to accomplish all of the duct crosses outside of the office
