This project consisted of the renovation of Voya’s West Chester regional office. The renovated space contains of approximately 60,000 square feet of space, split between two floors. The renovation included HVAC renovation for the new office layouts, all new lighting with power revisions, rework of sprinkler systems, and additions of new coffee stations.
