The Delaware County Vaccination & Wellness Center was the second COVID-19 vaccination site to open in Delaware County. Once a supermarket, the 11,000 SF building opened January 27, 2021 and immediately began administering vaccinations. It has served as a COVID-19 vaccination and testing site and will soon be the hub for Delaware County’s new Health Department. The defining feature of this project was its urgency, due to the pandemic. From concept to Opening Day took exactly three months.
