Tower Place
Tower Place was a renovation and conversion of the 19-story, 330,000 square foot iconic Pennsylvania State Office Building, located at Broad and Spring Garden Street, into 340 premium residential units. The existing building’s MEP infrastructure was upgraded to support the conversion, with a combination of new and repurposed equipment. On-site amenities include parking, fitness center, theatre room, and game room.
