The Moxy
The Moxy in Allentown is a new 5-story, approximately 53,000 square foot hotel comprised of 134 guest rooms. Catering to the “next generation” traveler, The Moxy has stylish communal spaces and efficient guest room design. There is a ground floor dining area and food preparation area, a lounge, den, lobby including front desk, and fitness, meeting, laundry and support spaces. AEI performed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design, and construction administration services.

All common areas, amenities, and guestrooms served with VRF systems for heating and cooling.
Centralized gas/electric DOAS provides ventilation for guest rooms and amenity spaces.
Central gas-fired domestic water heaters with digital mixing valve provide hot water for guest rooms, cooking, and laundry.
Lighting control system allows enhanced control in amenity spaces.
