Temple Towers
Temple University completed a renovation of the Temple Towers Dormitory, a 212,000 SF, 6-story dorm that houses approximately 630 students in 146 apartments. The buildings feature 3-, 6-, and 7-person apartments, all with private bathrooms and full kitchens. Amenities include a game room, study lounges, computer stations, and an outdoor pool that is open seasonally. The building renovation took place over one summer, with the construction preparation in place before the school closed.

To complete the construction during summer, AEI completed early bid packages, split work between two contractors, and had all equipment on-site in trailers before spring classes ended
To distribute chilled water, AEI used a fiberglass reinforced plastic chilled water loop installed underground around the building perimeter and served fan coil units stacked vertically
