Springfield Hyundai completed additions and renovations throughout 21,000 SF of an existing facility, including a new showroom and sales/leasing area and a renovated service center. The project design and construction were phased so the business would remain open and operational throughout construction of all phases.
MEP/FP Special Features
Design of the duct distribution system with new/revised heating and cooling equipment where necessary.
Design of plumbing renovations to the toilet rooms/tech lockers and bay revisions.
Revisions to service bays to include air conditioning in addition to heating.
Rework existing circuiting to address receptacle, lighting and mechanical and service bay equipment changes.
Design power and lighting for additions.
Addition of Level 2 and Level 3 charging stations.
Coordination with Hyundai Design Manual.
