The Irvine is a century-old warehouse building that has been renovated and repurposed as a residential community. Located in the University City neighborhood of West Philadelphia, this project includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. This project prioritized sustainability, history, and community, creating a design that meets the needs of the modern urbanite while honoring the character of the original building. Each apartment features spacious living areas, large energy-efficient windows, full-sized, stainless steel appliances, and showers with rain heads and high-pressure jets. The Irvine offers its residents access to modern amenities focused on sustainability and community, including a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, fitness center, a coworking space, and shared garden.
