AEI provided design services for an 11,000 SF, one-story research facility, which is designed to provide leasable lab space for start-up businesses. The building is located on the STAR (Science, Technology and Advanced Research) Campus at the University of Delaware and is comprised of 11 leasable lab spaces of 250 – 500 SF each of which can be combined or configured to meet the needs of each tenant or business type.
