East Norriton Surgical Center
The East Norriton Medical building hosts three (3) tenants in the medical/life science fields. South East Pennsylvania (SEPA) Pain and Spine houses its medical offices, while East Norriton Surgical Center houses a Class B and Class C ambulatory surgical center primarily serving SEPA patients. Total Performance Physical Therapy is the third facility, which includes an indoor pool with integral treadmill.
The East Norriton Surgical Center has two (2) operating rooms, with full decontamination and sterilization suite adjacent to pre-op / post-op PACU bays. The entire building is backed up by an emergency generator to support all three tenants with NFPA 99 specific branches for the surgical center.
