The George

Located in King of Prussia, the George Apartments has 200 apartments across two buildings for a total of 220,000 SF of residential space, and 34,000 SF of covered parking. Amenities include a clubroom with gas fireplace, 24-hour fitness center, conference rooms, and resident lounge. Outside, the courtyard hosts a firepit, grill stations, a bocce ball court, dining areas, entertainment space, and a resort-style pool with sundeck. Apartments include smart home technology including smart thermostats.

AEI worked closely with all stakeholders to bring together the visions of the developer (UDR) and the Architect/Interior Designer (Bernardon) into a fully functioning building. This included close coordination for each apartment’s design aesthetic as well as a coordinated amenity design.
