This 1st floor retail, 2nd floor supermarket is located in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood. The building features air-cooled chillers serving the individual air handling units with gas furnaces. Pulse meters tabulate individual retailer’s energy usage. Subsequent retail space fit-out designs were also provided.
