The Avenue North project consists of two buildings constructed on North Broad Street just south of the Temple University campus. The complex includes “The Edge,” an architectural award-winning 2-story, 91,000 SF commercial building incorporating a 1,200 seat movie theater spanning two floors; restaurants, and retail space. The second building is a residential 12-story, 277,000 square foot student apartment building. The residential building is based on a suite configuration that has four bedrooms sharing a common living space. A roof-mounted activities center offers indoor and outdoor meeting space for the residents.
